As a Certified Career Counsellor and Authenticity Coach, my approach goes beyond resumes and interview tips. I help clients understand their strengths, recognize their patterns, and show up with confidence instead of self-doubt.
Over the years, I’ve worked with professionals across healthcare, finance, manufacturing, technology, and executive leadership.
I understand what employers are looking for, and I also understand what causes strong candidates to hesitate, overthink, or under-communicate in high-stakes situations.

We begin by identifying the strengths, experiences, and qualities that already exist within you. From there, we explore the direction that feels aligned with who you are becoming.
Only then do we examine the obstacles that may be standing in the way. Finally, we focus on identity and action — helping you step into the version of yourself that moves forward with clarity and confidence.
